Hi! I'm Luyanda 👋

I believe ideas shouldn’t just inspire — they should drive meaningful change.

That belief has guided me from the very first door I knocked in my campaigning to become an elected youth parliament leader to the machine learning models I built at GSK as an apprentice. I’m focused on the intersection of data, systems and real world results. About building solutions that can be tested, validated and improved, not just deployed. I approach my work by combining technical skill, critical analysis and creativity, enabling me to design tools that are measurable, scalable and backed with evidence.

As someone who has received a distinction whilst studying and working a full time job, I’ve learnt the importance of prioritisation, multi-tasking and working efficiently. Whether I am partaking in outreach, attending tech conferences or working on a new project I bring the same mindset: curiosity, discipline and a focus on creating meaningful value.  

The result? Innovation that sticks. Solutions that last. Voices that are heard.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about storytelling, hiking, playing guitar and cello and volunteering in my local community! + trying exciting new dishes - I'm a major foodie!
